Abstract STS education becomes a new content in new chemistry course. The meaning of value views on science and technology, ethics of science and technology and scientific decision-making ability is farreaching. STS goals group has been designed by someone as abundant STS education goals concerned. To understand these goals will promote the STS education in new chemistry course of elementary education of our country.
