Abstract Countermeasures of training full-time professional master of chemical engineering were given including establishing tutor team with reasonable structure, reinforcing the construction of training base, improving the training plan and practical courses system, and strengthening the construction of sharing experimental platform, in order to solve the problems such as lack of tutors, unreasonable courses, short of practice and single assessment of graduation.
