Abstract The course of chemistry instrument drawing, which is a professional limited selective course, is important to improve the ability of writing and drawing on blackboard for pre-service teachers, but it has few class hours and large class capacity. The application of micro-lecture in teaching of chemistry instrument drawing not only solved the difficulties existed in teaching, but also improved classroom teaching effect and ability of writing and drawing on blackboard of pre-service teachers as far as possible.
