Abstract Based on pedagogical content knowledge(PCK), by three-dimensional core curriculum group, practical teaching system of five stages including observation,noviciate,learning,training and practicum, and introduction of professional qualification standards of teacher, pre-service teachers can apply existing chemistry expertise, skills and educational knowledge to chemistry education in middle school and research work, and their educational practice ability can be enhanced by establishing observable, measurable, exercisable growing up files. This is an innovative mode of educational practice ability training of pre-service teachers based on teacher certification.
