Abstract According to the characteristics of medicinal chemistry, this article discussed about how to carry out flipped classroom, including preparing teaching videos, organizing class, tutoring after class and teaching evaluation. The combination of MOOCs and flipped classroom aroused students' initiative and enthusiasm of learning, and let students be the main body in classroom,which was helpful for medicinal chemistry teaching and pharmacy talent training suitable for large pharmacy.
