Practice and Innovation in Chemistry Experiment Teaching Using Teaching Method of Quadruple Suspecting Quadruple Revisiting based on Double Loop Thinking

Abstract We proposed a novel teaching method of quadruple suspecting quadruple revisiting based on double loop thinking in university comprehensive chemistry experiment course. The practice and innovation using this teaching method on the course was deeply discussed. In addition, we demonstrated the application of the teaching method on a detailed comprehensive chemistry experiment, which is α-chymotrypsin catalyzed synthesis of N-protected leu-enkephalin tripeptide fragment in organic solvent.
