Abstract Based on Tolman's "S-O-R" behavior model, this paper used unit design, teaching strategies, implicit knowledge, and teaching feedback to facilitate effective learning by integrating explicit and implicit knowledge through generalization, analogy, cognitive conflict and cognitive expectation.
