Abstract According to the teaching situation, this article explored the curriculum reform of organic chemistry experiment based on practical ability training in higher vocational colleges,analyzed the composition of post ability, construction of experiment project, organization and implementation of teaching and test evaluation system, discussed the textbook compilation and teachers in the processes of teaching.
