Abstract This study made quantitative disposal of the classroom teaching of expert teacher "L" in Linxia high school of Gansu province with the help of the Flanders' Interaction Analysis System (FIAS), and then analyzed teacher-student interaction in classroom, evaluated and summarized the characteristics of the teacher's classroom teaching:paying attention to students' generated classroom questions;choosing the right time to praise students' advantages and guide students' thinking. So as to provide the fundamental basis for novice chemistry teachers to promote personal professional development through teaching practice.
