Abstract This paper investigated the status of environmental literacy of junior high school students, based on the results of statistics and analysis, put forward some corresponding suggestions and measures:Innovating implementation model of environmental education and improving the implementation efficiency in the classroom; providing systematic training of environmental literacy for teachers and strengthening cooperation among schools; building the cooperation between school and family to improve the environmental literacy of parents; innovating evaluation system and matching environmental literacy with enrolment condition.
