Quantitative Tool to Study Modern Chemistry Classroom Teaching Behavior: 3C-FIAS

Abstract By examining the deficiency of the original FIAS and improved classroom teaching behavior analysis system applied in chemistry teaching, this paper put forward a suitable behavior analysis system—3C-FIAS for modern chemistry classroom teaching basing on the original FIAS. Then this study analyzed three different chemistry classroom teaching videos by using 3C-FIAS, and compared the analytical data with the results of previous researchers, confirmed the applicability, utility and scientificity of 3C-FIAS, and put forward some suggestions for how to use this system.
