Abstract This paper compiled questionnaire for high school chemistry teachers' teaching decision-making ability, carried out the questionnaire with 156 high school chemistry teachers in Guizhou province and Sichuan province, and found that there were some problems in high school chemistry teachers' teaching decision-making ability. This study put forward corresponding suggestions for improving the teaching ability of high school chemistry teachers, such as renewing the teachers' teaching ideas constantly, expanding teachers' knowledge, improving the reflective ability of teachers' teaching decision and improving the cooperative consciousness of teachers' teaching decision-making.
