Abstract Based on the present teaching situation that directly presenting the concept to students and then through mechanical training to achieve the so-called mastering the concept, and the concept of amount-of-substance concentration as an example, this paper put forward that:on the basis of students' deep understanding of the existing concepts, teachers should guide and inspire the students by task driven, so that students could summarize the principles and rules, and this also could realize independent and effective construction of concepts, then followed by problem solving to achieve students' really understanding of concepts.
