Abstract In order to study the correlation between the teachers' autonomy support cognition and autonomy support behavior, this paper took 70 high school chemistry teachers as the research object, the questionnaire developed by the famous scholar Deci as the research object, and used 2 kinds of quantitative analysis methods to choose 2 groups of teachers with high and low level of autonomy support cognition. And this paper analyzed the teaching behavior of the 2 groups of teachers systematically using Flanders Interaction Analysis Methods, and found that the teachers' autonomy support cognition was consistent with the teachers' autonomy support behavior.
