Abstract This paper summed up the requirements for training subject key competencies of classroom teaching into three aspects of core knowledge, key competencies and core qualities, which were used as the norms to assess the validity of classroom teaching of "chemical equilibrium shift", and put forward some referential ideas for the cultivation of chemical key competencies.
