Abstract The effectiveness of university classroom teaching is an important factor affecting higher education quality that should meet the need of students' growth and development. In the teaching process, it is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of university classroom to transform the "center" position of teachers, combine inquiry oriented and traditional teaching mode organically, and set up scientific, objective, fair and incentive achievement evaluation system for assessing comprehensively students' learning.
