Abstract In order to solve the problem of quantitative evaluation of analytical chemistry course construction in higher vocational colleges, the main contents of the construction of analytical chemistry course in higher vocational colleges were analyzed, the evaluation index system was constructed accordingly by using the CIPP evaluation model, and a method of using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and quantum behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm to calculate the weight of index was proposed. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and MATLAB programming technology were used to realize the quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of analytical chemistry course construction in higher vocational colleges. The result showed that it was accurate and effective, and had a certain practical value.
