Abstract In order to understand the effectiveness of "making plan" in chemistry classroom inquiry teaching, on the basis of classroom observation and analysis, this paper put forward a system analysis scale of "making plan", and analyzed the case of chemistry classroom inquiry teaching from 3 aspects:the main body of making plan, the process of making plan and the contents of the plans. The results showed that analysis scale of "making plan" for chemistry classroom inquiry teaching could guide chemistry classroom inquiry teaching scientifically and effectively, especially to the design, implementation and evaluation of "making plan".
