Abstract According to actual situation of fine chemicals chemistry of chemical engineering and technology specialty in our school, LDI student achievement evaluation method was constructed around the goal of facilitating learning and aiding teaching. Teachers and students participated in the evaluation. This method started from three-link (including theoretical study, experiment, and innovation practice) and four-dimension (including self-study, classroom learning, experiment and innovation practice, and final exam). The evaluation contents were subdivided into multiple items which could guide the student to study, and comprehensively assess students' knowledge and ability. This method can not only improve the students' learning initiative, but also cultivate students' innovative consciousness and team spirit in the subtle ways.
