Abstract This paper studies the content of teacher's teaching reflection and the effective ways to promote teachers' professional development based on teaching reflection through curriculum of reflective practice. The research finds that students reflect on continuous in the process of teaching practice, different students teach the same content on the same grade but in different classes comment and review each other, student's level of reflection is greatly improved. They can find their own problems from reflections and find solutions, comprehensively analyze the reasons behind the problem or phenomenon.
