Abstract According to the statistics of the Nobel Prize in science over the past 100 years, the development of organic synthetic chemistry has gone through three stages:the classical organic synthesis stage, the artistic organic synthesis stage and the scientific design stage.This indicates that organic synthesis will continue to develop in the fields of new reagents, new reactions, new methods and new theories, and will have broad prospects in the fields of chemical biology, molecular engineering and green chemistry.
