Abstract This article takes the teaching of “determining the content of sodium carbonate in sodium chloride mixed with sodium carbonate” as an example to build a thinking model for quantitative experiment analysis in junior high schools. Driven by the “general problem” and “sub-problems”, junior high school students are guided to gradually establish general methods to solve quantitative experimental problems, enhance the ability to design, evaluate and improve quantitative experiments, and form key capabilities with migration value.
