Abstract This paper analyzes the possibility of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into the teaching of “chemical properties of elemental carbon”, collects materials from archaeological discoveries, classical documents and other channels, presents all aspects of ancient life for students around the application of elemental carbon in ancient times, guides students to learn the properties and uses of elemental carbon, and deeply understand the inheritance of Chinese culture.
