Problems and Countermeasures of Archives Information Management in Dynamic Operation Complex System: Material Discipline Training Platform of Qingdao University

Abstract Archives information management is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of the dynamic complex system of collaborative education training platform integrating industry, scientific research and teaching and the effective implementation of practical teaching. Taking the material discipline training platform of Qingdao University as an example, the problems existing in the process of realizing the archives information management of the dynamic complex system of the practical training platform and the corresponding countermeasures were studied. The results show that there are some problems, such as the complexity of the component elements of the archives information, the diversity and timeliness of the collection and arrangement of the archives, and the strong dependence on the archives information management mechanism in implementing the archives information management of the training platform. The countermeasures to realize the archives information management of dynamic complex system include accurately sorting out the relationship between various archives elements, designing a reasonable archives information management system and scientifically constructing the archives information management mechanism serving practical teaching.
