Abstract Based on the characteristics of elemental chemistry curriculum, the teaching team designed and constructed the curriculum ideological and political case database integrating “science”, “humanities” and “ideology and politics”, and integrated it into each stage and link of online and offline mixed progressive teaching practice to synchronously realize the trinity teaching goal of knowledge imparting, the ability training, the value shaping. At the same time, the collective teaching and research system was established to ensure the integrity and continuity of course ideology and politics.
