Innovative Design for Simulating the Experiment of “Industrial Preparation of Nitric Acid”

Abstract An experimental innovative design for the laboratory simulation of “industrial preparation of nitric acid” was presented, with the help of customized long-handled U-shaped glass tube, balloon, and MCH ceramic heating rod, to set up an integrated experimental device. This device had high reaction efficiency, safety and environmental protection, and thus optimized the experimental teaching system, and would be helpful for cultivating students’ innovative consciousness in experiment class.
