Abstract With the development of the reform of educational democratization,the original evaluating methods for chemical experiment do not fit the need of the present educational democracy. In this article, a new evaluating norm system for chemical experiment is put forward which includes student self-evaluation and teacher evaluation, in the teacher evaluation, more opportulities are offered to students who are free to choose text A or text B .The whole evaluating system reflects the ideas of educational democracy and all for student's development.
