Abstract New curriculum whose core is to improve the scientific literacy of students challenges the design of classroom teaching based on fact ,and provides a platform for teaching design based on construc-tion of conception. This paper gives the model of teaching design based on construction of conception,ex-pounds how to carry out teaching design based on construction of conception by the teaching case"ioniza-tion balance",and provides the teaching design of"ionization balance".
