Abstract On the basis of investigation and interview,this paper designed the questionnaire of comprehensive qualities of full-time master of chemical education, made an investigation on the grade 2012 full-time master of chemistry education from more than twenty normal universities, aimed at understanding the present situation of the chemical education master's comprehensive qualities, discovered the main problems, analyzed the possible causes, put forward some suggestions, looking forward to provide reference for the cultivation of master of education.
