Abstract Biochemistry is an important course in pharmaceutical engineering. Combined with the specialty properties, society demand and teaching experiences on biochemistry in pharmaceutical engineering, some teaching methods were explored and summarized in this paper. It will lay a foundation to improve the teaching quality of biochemistry in future.
