Abstract According to students' inactive study attitude and weak pertinence of chemistry teaching in fire education, this paper summarized chemical knowledge and chemical analysis methods in the fire site identification, chemical separation and analysis methods of fire evidence for fire investigation to stimulate students' interests in learning and using chemistry, and provided practical teaching cases for other majors
