Abstract Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory and on the basis of developing a network learning platform, this paper presented a reform strategy of network-based classroom teaching mode with example of analytical chemistry course. The core of reform strategy was three transformations including role transition between teachers and students, conversion of textbook and teaching time-space conversion through the effective arrangement of classroom teaching contents, the assistance of network learning platform and the reform of assessment method for student achievements to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the quality of talent training.
