Abstract Based on high school chemistry knowledge such as chiral molecules, intermolecular forces and hydrogen bond, an instructional material about the basic principles of chiral separations of the ephedrine-pseudoephedrine (E-PE) isomers by GO-coated capillary electrophoresis was designed, in order to extend high school chemistry.
