Abstract In this article, the scientificity, rogourism and potential academic problems of expression in college chemistry were used as examples to guide the students to query, find, analyze and solve these problems. At the same time, the new methods of logicality and set theory were used to analyze and characterize the chemical expression in-depth in order to inspire, train, and improve the spirit of suspicion and innovation of the students effectively. It's a primary attempt for theorizing and mathematizing the expression of college chemistry.
