Abstract In chemical engineering principle experiment, fluid flow comprehensive experiment includes the determination of centrifugal pump characteristic curve, calibration of flowmeter, etc. The experiment of relation between flow rate and power frequency was developed by latest technology of frequency conversion to make up the deficiency of frequency conversion and energy saving in current textbook, which can improve students' active learning ability, cultivate students' engineering quality and develop their comprehensive competences.
