Abstract This paper described the introduction of chembiooffice 2010 software in teaching process of organic chemistry experiment for eight-year program medical students, such as drawing chemical structure, observing 3D structure of structural formula, setting up experimental installation and predicting the information of the chemical structure. It could stimulate learning interests of students and create a self-learning space for students, which would improve the teaching quality.
