Abstract Through analyzing the characteristics of the teaching contents and teaching object of instrumental analysis, the traditional teaching methods were reformed. Considering the aspects of teaching system, teaching contents, teaching method, "instrumental analysis and experiment" was designed. According to the cognitive rules of students as the main body, theory-practice alternative advanced teaching mode was constructed analysis method.
