Abstract TCP talent cultivation mode is applied in industrial analysis and test specialty. Multi-assessment system of TCP pattern has been proposed in order to cultivate practical talents and technical talents. In this assessment system, contents of assessment include not only course but also subject competition and innovative practice; essentials of evaluation are knowledge, ability and quality. Meanwhile, students can take part in evaluation process in which their self-knowledge and self-development can get attention. Thus multi-assessment system of TCP pattern has a good effect on fostering students' practical ability and innovative awareness.
