Multi-Assessment System of TCP Talent Cultivation Mode: Industrial Analysis and Test Specialty as Example
TCP talent cultivation mode is applied in industrial analysis and test specialty. Multi-assessment system of TCP pattern has been proposed in order to cultivate practical talents and technical talents. In this assessment system, contents of assessment include not only course but also subject competition and innovative practice; essentials of evaluation are knowledge, ability and quality. Meanwhile, students can take part in evaluation process in which their self-knowledge and self-development can get attention. Thus multi-assessment system of TCP pattern has a good effect on fostering students' practical ability and innovative awareness.

Research of Fluorescence Ratio Probe of Fluorinion Based on BODIPY Derivative
This paper designed a simple and quick analysis detection experiment, employing the mechanism of Si-O cleavage via fluorinion in organic synthesis field to research detection of trace F- in solution by fluorescenece dye BODIPY-PhOSi as fluorescence probe. The intensity of fluorescenece has changed when BODIPY-PhO- was preduced by the reaction of BODIPY-PhOSi and fluorinion. Fluorescence probe BODIPY-PhOSi was synthesized by organic synthesis reaction. Trace F- was detected by titration in low concentration probe solution by spectrofluorometer, the fluorescence spectrum was depicted in all kind of concentration of F-. Spectrogram displaed that the response of fluorinion was ratiometric and colorimetric by the fluorescence probe BODIPY-PhOSi. The minimum detection limit was confirmed by calculating spectrogram data. The selectivity of F- in comparison experiments of counter ion showed excellent.
Experimental Device for Rapidly Transferring Volatile and Corrosive Liquid Reagent
This paper introduced an experimental device for rapidly transferring liquid reagent, which can solve security flaws of corrosive reagent for students, and can be applied to the experiment of continuous fractionation of benzene recovery to avoid the pollution to the surrounding environment during the process of continuous feeding. This device has the advantages of simple and convenient operation and high safety performance.
Optimization of Reducing Agent in Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Iron
This paper studied the effect of different reducing agents in the experiment of spectrophotometric determination of trace iron, combined with the analysis of visible absorption spectroscopy, dynamics research, environmental adaptability for acid and alkali. The results showed that reducing effect of chlorpromazine and vitamin C was the best of all selected reducing agents, and their linear relationship was quite good while the iron content ranging from 0.2 μg/mL to 2.0 μg/mL, which conformed the Lambert beer's law and was suitable for the determination of trace iron in water; chlorpromazine had both reducibility and sensitizing effect, its molar absorption coefficient ε was 2.60×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.

Investigation on Pre-Service Science Teachers' Understanding on Scientific Model
To investigate how pre-service teachers understand on the role of scientific model in science, this paper conducted a survey for 553 students in science teacher's education program in a normal university of China. The result showed that:(1) pre-service science teachers' understanding on scientific model was in moderate level and needs to be further improved; (2) the levels of pre-service science teachers' understanding on different aspects were quite similar; (3) pre-service science teachers' understanding on scientific model didn't gradually progress along grades and even fluctuated; (4) pre-service teachers' understanding on scientific model closely related to what subject they learned;(5) no significant difference was shown by the data in this study between male and female pre-service science teachers' understanding on scientific model. Finally, this paper concluded with several implications on teacher education.
Discussion on Mechanisms of Reduction Reactions of Nitrobenzene
Nitrobenzene can be reducted to all kinds of products such as nitrosobenzene, phenylhydroxylamine, azobenzene, azoxybenzene, hydrazobenzene etc. in different reducing agents and reaction medium. This property reveals deeply that the reduction ability of the reducing agents not only related to the property of itself, but also closely related to reaction medium. Due to the complex structure of these reduction products, and the corresponding reaction mechanism is rarely described in the classical organic chemistry textbooks at home and abroad, which is difficult to understand for beginners. In this paper, the possible mechanisms and the complete chemical reaction equations of these reduction reactions were discussed, according to the principle of conservation of electrons in the redox reaction.
Discussion on Measurement of Krafft Point of Surfactants
Misled by the definition of cloud point of nonionic surfactants, many textbooks and experimental handouts define the Krafft point of ionic surfactants as the temperature when the 1.0wt% aqueous solution of ionic surfactants turn from turbid into transparent with temperature increasing. Herein, the irrational point was pointed out through the analysis of solubility features of the typical anionic surfactants, sodium lauryl sulfate. Finally, a simple and fast strategy was proposed to measure the Krafft point of ionic surfactants accurately.
