Abstract This paper defined the concept of the coverage rate of note taking, and detected the correlations between the chemical class notes and the academic performance, note-taking habits and the academic performance, synthetic variables and the academic performance. And according to the results of the test, this study put forward some teaching suggestions to help students to do good class notes in order to improve the learning ability.
