Abstract Learning style is the students' continuous learning mode, different learning styles tend to choose different learning strategies. According to the Field and Silverman learning style model,we analyzed the pre-service chemistry teachers' learning style,divided the students into different groups, and designed a variety of learning materials and teaching activities. Through teaching practice, we reflected on the impact of teaching design on students' learning efficiency.
