Abstract According to innovative and entrepreneurial talent presently supply and demand situation of chemical engineering specialty in local college, combined with the reality of local college, this paper presented the promotion system integrating intramural classroom product design, intramural simulated practices, intramural and off-campus practices base, which had characteristics such as combining inside with outside, combining reality with simulation, stepped propulsion.
