Abstract Based on localized Webb consistency analysis mode, this paper studied the consistency of cognitive contents between senior high school chemistry academic proficiency test papers and curriculum standard from types, breadth, depth and distribution balance of knowledge. On the basis of attribution analysis and reflection of research results, some suggestions were provided to the research of achievement evaluation.
