Construction and Exploration of Modular-Based Curriculum System for Chemistry Specialty in Application-Oriented Universities

Abstract To improve teaching quality and cultivate applied talents, modular teaching reform is an effective way. Based on the analysis of the current situation of chemistry specialty and the demands of industry for application-oriented universities, the curriculum system of “platform+module” and “double modules” were put forward by the integration of curriculum structure and contents. Then, the curriculum setting, curriculum contents, teaching methods and teaching evaluation were explored and practiced respectively.
