Abstract In order to solve the problems of traditional teaching of college chemistry experiment, this paper tried to introduce the blended teaching mode based on SPOC. According to the properties of chemical experiment and combing with online and offline teaching, design of blended teaching mode of college chemistry experiment was discussed from three aspects including teaching resources, instructional design and instructional evaluation.
