Abstract In order to meet the needs of discipline development and the cultivation of applied talents, this paper explored the medical chemistry design experiment of the synthesis of substrate and the determination of NAG enzyme for medical students.Experiment contents combined with clinical application of NAG enzyme of urine, substrate synthesis and detection method establishment, etc.It covered the basic theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of enzymology, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry and other disciplines. The experiment was closely linked to the medical specialty, and combined theoretical knowledge with clinical examination. It could cultivate students' scientific literacy, thinking method, technical application ability and comprehensive ability.
