Abstract The concept of "Internet+ education" makes the teaching and learning form of higher education more diversified, at the same time, it puts forward higher requirements for graduate teaching assistants. In this paper, we talked about the changes and characteristics of teaching assistant work, and some new methods and new means to help teachers carry out efficient teaching under the blended learning mode. Based on the graduate assistant training mechanism of Beijing Normal University, the teaching assistant shared some experience in the practice process, and reflected on the past work.
