Abstract Integrating innovative ideas into chemistry teaching not only embodies the characteristic of the subject, but also meets the requirements of the times and the ongoing military academy reform. Logistics professionals with innovative concepts and organizing ability are critical in the battle and the modernization of armed police. To cultivate such professionals, the following methods must be used in military logistics chemistry teaching:first, employing the PBL teaching method to enhance the consciousness of innovation; second, absorbing achievements of the team's scientific research and academic frontiers; third, taking advantage of the second classroom to promote students' innovative ability.
