Thought Experiment in Chemistry Experiment Teaching and Its Teaching Value

Abstract This paper probed the ingredients of the thought experiment in the teaching of chemistry experiment from the three aspects:teachers' experiment design, students' experiment preparation and textbooks. Based on this analysis, this paper excavated the teaching value of the thought experiment:the teachers could improve the design of experiment teaching with the help of thought experiment; the students could apply the thought experiment to prepare for an experiment; the teachers could use a thought experiment to demonstrate chemistry charm in their classes.
