Abstract According to the Taylor principle about curriculum research and development, this paper discussed the construction of textbook system for medical vocational schools taking the textbook of biochemistry as example. The construction of textbook was focused on "4 cooperation" and "5 docking", and followed "three order" principle that included the logical order of professional knowledge, learners' cognitive development, learners' psychological development. Application of "three order" was based on dispersion of difficulties around the main line, reasonable construction of knowledge gradient and knowledge, arrangement of individual knowledge embedded in large backbone content.
